The society offers a variety of residential and commercial plots in its midst, including 5.5, 8, 10.8, 14.2, and 20 Marla plots.
Initially, there were speculations about if or when the installment payment plan was going to be offered. But after the launch, the first plan was launched on the website of Zedem International and made available for the general public. The application forms are available from the office of Faisal Margalla Hills and its websites. Application forms must be accompanied by the Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favor of “M/s Margalla City (Pvt.) Ltd.” for requisite payment of plot as given in the payment plan given above. You will need to provide a copy of your CNIC and one passport size picture along with the application form.
