Introduction:

ICHS Town is a low income housing project by Islamabad Co-operative Housing Scheme. It is one of the low income housing societies built in close proximity to Islamabad and Rawalpindi. It entertains its residence with the basic necessities.

Location:

The housing project lies near Fateh Jang Road which is approximately about 60 km from zero point Islamabad. It is one of the societies which has close access to new Islamabad airport

Total Area:

The total land area acclaimed by the housing project is about 5500 Kanals. The society claims to cater to the needs of approximately 35 to 40 thousands of the locals for residence.

Access Points:

ICHS Town has entry point via Dhamyal road near Kashmir Highway.

NOC and permissions:

The project is approved from Town Municipal Administration (Pakistan)  and is a reliable and no nonsense society that is absolutely safe to invest in.

Project details:

Initially the society divided its area into 6 residential blocks only offering 1 kanal residential plots, However different sizes were available for commercial plots in the markaz of the society, but later the officials felt the need to revise its master plan and add more blocks to the residential area that offer various sizes to fulfill the demand.

New Blocks have been launched in Quaid Block.Plots of 5 ,7,10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots are available on easy 2.5 year instalment plan.

Development:

The development in phase 1 has almost been completed with 50% work done sewerage lines, roads networks and electricity lines have been installed. However the development work in phase 1 is very slow paced, it will took at least 2 to 3 years just to complete the earth work.
