Ejaz & Co. are the developers of IMT, it is the same company which is responsible for the development of Park View City Islamabad.

Location:

Islamabad Model Town lies strategically between Bahria Enclave and Park view City on Malot Road in zone IV of Islamabad.

Access points of Islamabad Model Town:

Islamabad Model Town can be accessed via Bahria Enclave road, which was fully carpeted by the society within a time period of one month. The main boulevard of the society will be connected to Simbli Dam road, which is a 100ft wide double road. This will be highly beneficial for the society in to attain NOC from the CDA rather quickly.

Another way to enter the society will be via 200ft wide road accessed from Kurri road to Park View City into the Islamabad Model Town. The society will have road connected to Pak View City thus allowing the residents of both societies to travel freely.

The Society has applied for the NOC and has submitted all the necessary documents to CDA and it is awaiting its approval. The attainment of NOC will take approximately around 4-6 months via the standard process taken by CDA.

The society has acquired more than 2000 Kanal of land currently but for quick attainment of NOC from CDA the officials of society decided to define their lay out plan (LOP) on area of 600 Kanal. The LOP consists of approximately 900 Plots including 5 & 10 Marla Residential and commercial plots.

Development Work:

The society has already started its development work.  The main road that connects the society from Bahria Enclave Road has been constructed and carpeted in span of only one month and the work on the main entrance gate of the society is soon to be started. After which the construction work on the grand Mosque in society will begin and will be completed in approximately 3 months.

The blocks in the front are a priority and society is aiming to start the development work as soon as possible in these blocks. The plots in these blocks will only be offered to the clients who will commit to start construction work instantly.
